Ahh! I get it now! The earlier promos with the Nine News logo in a white box was just a transition, & not the final look (maybe so no one gets a heart attack).
Overall, I like the new look (the orange supers are very ABC though, yet more animated). I wonder what Perth will do today (WIN seem to invest more there than Adelaide's news). Writing of WIN, of course they won't update too, but their logo cover ups don't look too bad (reminds me of the old 'Nine Live' covers they did, 'Live' left).
