  • In summary, this is one of the highlights of this tour must-have, but an ordinary concert to get the value of sound / performance, we can still retain a very incisive and a DAC, STH is original and the rhythm section is excellent than usual in this tour. 8 / 10

  • Jones: His instrument is the least emphasized, the better the quality of the soundboard is better, better means his bass playing, totally oriented improvisation including CD / BD / OTHAFA / DAC, I can only advise you the soundboard 75 and you realize how important it is totally different from the competition, nothing specific to report at this concert 8 / 10.

  • Observations in a purely artistic group, not touring.

Plant: Song feeble at first, gradually improving, has good moments in Sibly/ TRTS/DAC, but it is his year, barely listenable. 5 / 10

Page: Thurs rhythm of a very high standard including BD / Sibly / DAC / TSTR, his solos are fluid without reaching heights of creativity in his improvisations, Over Hills this is a total failure, the others are well executed, the DAC is quick and STH very relevant., we are still far from the old tour. 8 / 10

  • Regarding the tour, she suffers a lot of the quality of the previous one, it has the same characteristics, the improvisations are not a large field of creativity but the technique is enough to fill all this in some form of irregularity to the point it becomes more common as the 71 tour, in short, is the tour that I prefer the less with that of Japan 72.

  • This is the best bootleg of the U.S. tour, but I think this bootleg has the best sound possible, all instruments are perfectly set valuesand the guitar is a bit saturated, it is much better than Seattle (Band this concert is not famous for that matter) and that of Kezar is flat and soulless.

  • KILLER!!

  • people at the venues would ask peter grant if they could record and show him the equipment and he would say. sure its ok.. then his people would watch them and take the tape or take the tape and equipment at the end of the show if they didnt give it to them.. hes was probably the one that would sell the bootlegs..

  • i was there!! Barry Brasher,Pensacola,florida

  • I wanna make love to you lil girls 25 hours a day... and that`s why I come to the USA.

  • I agree with CageyRocker: this is better than the Madison Square Garden recordings! Great board recording! Saw them on this tour - July 9th in St Paul, MN!

  • This should have been " The Song Remains The Same" movie! Page's guitar playing is superb....The were TIGHT this night.......

  • Must admit I've never been a fan of 'flat wound' bass guitar strings..I Know JPJ used them throughout Led Zep..wonder if he used those at the O2 gig, if anyone know's this please let me know ? Ta, peace!..Rx

  • Great quality bootleg this !! Must be off the soundboard..well it is obviously..Rx

  • this is awesome...and its in alabama? I live here. I cant imagine zeppelin playing to alabama......

  • I SAW OPENING NIGHT AT THE GARDEN IN 77 AND IT WAS ORGASMIC, A FUCKIN SHOW FOR THE AGES!!!!!

  • STUPENDO......UNICI.......IL GENERE MUSICALE NON è DETERMINANTE, QUELLO CHE COLPISCE DEI LED ZEP E L'APROCIO E LA DETERMINAZIONE.......IN POCHE PAROLE LA TECNICA, LA COMPETENZA, L'AMICIZIA, MESSA A DISPOSIZIONE ALL'ARTE VERA FUCINA DI VITA.....

  • @Conneyfogle Ten years later I went to tech school at Keesler myself. WAR came and played a free concert for us on base. You know, I'd give all that up to see Led Zep in concert ten years before I even set foot in Mississippi.

  • i was at this show.................it was great!

  • @SrJimmyZOSO Oh I didn't know they were jamming to "keep a knocking". Although I've read a couple of books where they mention them using the intro for the song.

  • Wonderful performance. The band in top form indeed. Thanks for sharing!

  • Me and my band play rock and roll as our opener for every show. It's such a great song and the intro by Bonzo is the greatest way to start a kickass concert ever.

  • @TheDrummerTy Actually the snare drum intro was lifted from little richard's "keep a knocking". You're right though, it's a great intro.

  • can you tell me What exactly happen to Robert Plant in 1973-1979? some said, he had a problem with his voice. some said it because the surgery......

  • @zzy66613 Robert has had problems with a rope that was infected, because of the hectic pace of touring (450 gigs from 69 to 73), tobacco, high notes alcohol and especially tobacco..

It still surprises me that n has not yet had lung cancer saw their lifestyle for over 10 years...

All this for the money ...

  • @AZEIDJSKSQMM thanks. for me, Robert is still #1

  • i love Black Dog....

  • Just awesome!!!! The fact that they played was nice...that you uploaded it...priceless!

    Conneyfogle, you are a prince!

  • fantastic clip!!

  • Jonsey and Page were on a tear... Bass might have been in top 3 fave Zep shows!

  • Awesome, conney !! Dazed & Confused is excellent !

..soooo good to hear this concert in its entirety !

.....excellent photos / graphics, too ! thank you !!

  • I notice that the 1973 live versions of " no quarter " are 10-15 minutes

shorter than the 1975 and 1977 live performances

  • @Cliner98 I attribute it to the micing. I'm aware that Bonham tuned his drums high.

  • Urock Nroll !~

  • You don't usually hear that much ring on Bonham's snare. Pretty cool.

  • Thanks again!

  • @Pepper2Jason My pleasure
