FACT: horses ponies dogs cats and even giraffes need exercise, thank you for providing these lil guys with some fun and gitting their hearts racing -> all animals need that once in a while

FACT: Shes riding very respectably, no yanking, hitting, whipping or harsh kicking

FACT: People who see this and are like 'noooo your killing this pony!' have probably never actually ridden a horse except at the fairs

FACT: Mini riding helps with balance, these girls just improved her riding skills. Kudos!

i love riding small ponies and im 5'4 and weigh 123 . i jump small ponies too ive jumped a small pony about 2'6 and they were totally fine . the owner was in the olympics for riding and she knows alot about horses and she weighs more than me and rides this little pony . its not animal abuse or a discrace . if you think it is cry me a river , build a bridge and GET OVER IT .

Ok, for all of those who think this is "Abuse", if those Minis couldn't handle the weight, the would refuse to walk forward/jump. They are jumping and cantering around just fine, so back off.

Every pony can jump, as long as you're not to big for the pony.

Start very small and not in the saddle the first few times. Then you can start jumping with your pony.

@fcarter452 The stirrups were wayyy to short so we had to use no stirrups and it s hard to jump in duh western saddle. No english saddle fit and the pony went crazy if u were bare back and we couldnt jump the ponies higher than that cause that would be to high for them w us

Ponies proportionally can carry more weight than horses but sometimes we look silly riding them. (been there!) This pony is doing just fine.

Its not abuse.Shetlands are very strong,you just have to be under 169 lbs and youll be fine.

@TheEventersPeach Not exactly sure, they weren't ours, but as long as your dont weigh to much you should be fine. Maybe ask your vet if its ok. They are really fun!!! :D
