I havent even looked at a comic in almost 10 years, they have really come a long way with the art. The inking is mind blowing and the color is beautiful. I might just buy a new comic the next time im at the grocery store for old times sake.

agree with you to a certain extent about the dc/marvel output atm, but couldn't disagree more with you bout gaiman's batman effort, thought it was leagues ahead of morrisson's rip, way more accessible

i thought batman was very good at the beginning but trailed off towards the end, it had me gripped but lost my interest as it went forward.

Some of my all time favourite books have been DC books. I love DC and their characters which is why it is so frustrating when you see books that are so hard to comprehend that rather than drawing in new readers and spreading the word on these great characters they actually scare new readers off.
