  • Does anyone have the OST?

  • which country is this supposed to take place in? Argentina? Chile? Uruguay?

  • Argentina

  • Is Brazil!

  • no it's not, It's Argentina

  • Brazil

  • Hei, in the original book the story takes places in Argentina (where the author from the book is!)and it's written in spanish. when making the movie they changed the location to Brazil. BUT THE ORIGINAL LOCATION OF THE STORY IS IN ARGENTINA. ( i'm from Arg. and i read the book, which , by the way , it's fantastic!

  • @saldesupasto do you know if I could find the Argentinian version of the musical? I know it was playing by Valeria Lynch.

  • brazil

  • This trailer features the Wally Badarou song Novel Das nove Not incluided in the OST

  • I remember hearing this great Wally Badarou music in the trailer and wondering why I never heard it in the film...then realizing I actually had it on a record of Wally's...probably his first...and a great record! Think I'll look for it right now! Too bad it gets cut off in this trailer.

  • i was only 7 when this movie came out,

  • anybody knows why the guy had a girl's name (Molina)as his surname?

  • His real name is Luis Alberto Molino.

  • "Molina" is a Spanish surname. because he is a "woman", Puig prefers to call him "Molina", which sounds like a girl's name

  • And in the original Spanish text of the novel, Valentin begins to refer to him with the diminutive "Molinita," thus acknowledging him as a female. It's a nice touch-- I wish the translator had found some way of working it into the English version.

  • cause in the book he is gay..and he believes himself totally to be a woman:)

  • We're reading this in english class :)

  • lucky :)

  • fime inesquecível!

  • God I wish that this on DVD. Or available AT ALL, for that matter.

  • KOTSW is finally being released on DVD! It will be out on July 22 and available exclusively thru Amazon

  • this is one of my favourite films of all time. its intense and passionate and everytime I watch it I see something I hadnt noticed or understood. fabulous!!!

  • Wally Badarou Kicks Ass with that Song!!!
