can someone help me, im 17yrs old and i workout 5 days a week, different muscle group a day of course but i can't seem to build my chest!!! any tips or workout plan i should do??????

@crimialAK Lifting weights is great for improving bone density and strength, but the best way to reduce body fat is to watch your carbohydrate and fat intake and of course do cardio exercises as many times a week as you lift.
@jasoneric1981 Sure he has great genetics but this sort of workouts are money. He has a body people with great genetics work hours in the gym to get but these workouts are 30-40 minutes in the gym with no more than 10 minutes of cardio workout. I don't know about you but that fits with my schedule. Plus the focus on nutritional eating vs carb counting is overdue and it is something I have done for years. With a couple of his tips I realized empty carbs that where sneaking in and I have my 6pack

It's physiologically impossible to change the shape of your muscles. Your shape is the result of the DNA you get from your parents. The only thing you can do is make the muscle bigger,& by dieting the fat off your body, your left with whatever your genetics dictate. There is no sucha thing as 'chiseling' any body part. Hey I love resistance bands and use Bodylastics which are superior to the one you see in this vid. I bought the super strong man set which is 254 lbs of resistance and definitely is not a bitch wussie work out. I am not endorsing them as being paid, but I have been using them for about 4 months and my strength has tripled. And yes the bodylastics ones are the equivelant of using free weights of the same weight, but with crazy resistance.
You can get resistance bands at any sports store or what I did was went online to Bodylastics and got some super high grade ones that have a total of 254 lbs of resistance. Believe me when I say that it is not as easy as it seems especially when you have a lot of resistance pulling your arms, legs, ect as you are trying to push or pull. This shit really does work. No you will not get huge as with free weights, but you will gain muscle though for sure. You will notice your strength increase.

Oh you are welcome bro !!!. I have been using resistance bands for about 14 years, although they have become more fancier than before. I used to compete in Judo and used the bands for a lot of pulling movements such as in Judo, and always kept me strong. A fantastic tip for great hand grip strength is we used to at the end of class we would take off our gi top and sit in a circle and then try and pull the fabric apart, while we discussed the techniques of the day. im starting to get stretch marks around my shoulder/armpit area from working out, can anyone explain this? why i am getting them?
