About where you can find Paneer, am not sure where you are located, but you could find paneer at any of of the Indian grocery stores in US. The best one to use is Nanak paneer as it has a good consistency. In India you should find it at the dairy stores, where they sell yogurt etc. Hope this will help you!
I like your recipe. One suggestion...as you speak, I always hear a 'pleetch' sound. Can you please avoid (STOP) that...I understand the recipes are mouth watering!! And another one...'I` aaamm...going to..' ...'I` haave..' Too much stress on 'I'..
On Cooking..You are great..keep up the good work..BTW, I tried your lamb kakabs with soya granules as substitute ..it came out great..Thanks…

@saurabh17 -Hey Saurabh thanks for the comments. If you have a broil setting in your oven then, broil it on high setting for 10 minutes. In case you don't have a broil setting then bake it at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes on the top shelf of the oven.
