  • Oven Broil? No thanks. I only make this on the grill.

  • About where you can find Paneer, am not sure where you are located, but you could find paneer at any of of the Indian grocery stores in US. The best one to use is Nanak paneer as it has a good consistency. In India you should find it at the dairy stores, where they sell yogurt etc. Hope this will help you!

  • @saurabh17 -Hey Saurabh thanks for the comments. If you have a broil setting in your oven then, broil it on high setting for 10 minutes. In case you don't have a broil setting then bake it at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes on the top shelf of the oven.
