  • Curiously enough, i can second that. I do not quite understand the negative marking of the comment. For me it turned out that exercising the core muscles did indeed improve longevity in bed drastically and I do appreciate it greatly that people show their workout programs!

  • Some people do get relatively dressed up when they exercise though, that's why there are brands like TNA and Lululemon after all, lol.

  • its not really because people find about 20 different workouts try them don't like them. People spend a fortune on workout dvd's that they never really use and go through fad after fad and after not getting results feel depressed. Running can be boring at times ill give you that but when you run further than you ever have, see the results it wont be so boring then will ti. A good tip is to get an ipod or something and listen to it while running.

  • I've been watching these workouts (starting with the anticellulite one) and I think they are wonderful. Plus, I see all of them are also cardio. I eat healthily (yes, healthy salmon!) and I will definitely follow them. Thanks a lot for sharing and don't pay attention to the ignorant, insecure, immature people who put down people from other countries. We don't need that ANYWHERE. Thanks again! :)

  • i went from 225 to 171 in 2 weeks for wrestling..but was not healthy..nor was all fat mostly water...stop drinking pop drink mostly water eat a big healthy breakfast-should be biggest meal of the day- then a medium lunch have a healthy snack in between lunch and dinner then eat a smaller dinner that keep ur matabolism going all -burns fat- worked for me

  • first of all when you do abs you must do it slow... If you do it fast it wont do the work and you must do more in order to get the abs rigth. You have to do it slow and then you will really feel the abs workout an it will be a faster result.

    There are many abdominal exercises (I know more than 100) and each can be done slow or fast. Different exercise performermence has difference influence over your abs. I recommend doing abs exercises in different tempos :)

  • Thanks for your comment but I still think that the abs should be a little slower that what I saw in the video... You have to always take care of your back any Physical Therepist can tell you that the exercise can hurt your back... I prefer to be safe... Anyway, my comment goes to does who don't know how to do the exercise (we don't want them to get hurt by putting to much stress into their backs) :) Thanks again...

  • Don't worry too much about your back. It can be hurt if you only do abs exercises. If you workout intire body, I mean all muscles in the body, it is less possible to exprerience any injury. In my opinion people put much effort to worry than to workout :) Do your daily wotkoout and you will enjoy life :) Why not check my other videos on WOMEN dash WORKOUT dash ROUTINES dot COM - there are also back workout, arms, legs, butt, anti cellulite :) Wish you many nice moments :)

  • Thanks... I guess you are rigth... But you can imagine that many people just do the abs without the whole workout... I don't, I really think people should work the entire body by cardio and then other exercises... Also after all exercises we must strech... I will check it out!! thanks again...

  • Stop being a little wuss...It's not going to hurt your back...The reason people complain is because they do 1000 sit-ups in one go and they don't do it PROPERLY..."PROPERLY", thats the key word...I just do the 6min intense workout each day and that works fine....

  • I don't have a problem... I have done exercise ALL MY LIFE. I really think you are right it doesn't take me long to do the exercise since I'm used to it. I commented because for starters (which I'm not) I though the exercises where too fast. But I talked with RUMIANA and she had a great answer.

  • Oh okay...and heres another tip, a bit of science for you...Your supposed to exercise when you not hungry because then your body uses its own fat as energy however when you exercise when you have eaten your body uses the carbohydrates as energy and therefore your only burning off the food you ate.

  • God okay let me explain...Fat is basically your bodies store of energy if your body runs out of Carbohydrates(Food)...So if you want to lose weight then exercise when your not hungry...To lose fat..when i was chubby I just ran alot...I wouldn't recommend building muscle before you lose fat it takes longer to burn it off
