so tim, what were your feet doing, was that heel up only or was there swivel in that (couldnt see due to the frame cut) after watching some of your vids (the swivel slow-> fast helped tremendously) ive built up my speed and im trying to get better technique to get me to the 200+bpm range
Tim, you play so fast, but I want to ask you do you have enough power to play on tempos +250bpm and to have enough power to create strong clear sound(if it's possible to create clear sound on +250bpm without triggers)? George Kollias plays, as you already know, very fast, and yes, he uses triggers, but his amplitude of the beater is a way bigger than yours, so his kicks are stronger
No, I don't have, I just want to know that, nothing more, because I saw that your amplitude isn't so big, but that doesn't mean that there's not enough power... Thanks for replying. :)
maybe you should try getting a decent mic (condenser or drum mics) for your cam.... I mean you have a lot of followers and you post a lot of videos.... it would just show you take it a bit seriously. especially in a music video, i can see you going fast but i'd rather hear you, not just some big peeking noise.
man... great! are the wooden sticks on the bass drum good?

Yes GEORGe has the most powerfull feet
If I was playing extreme music of course you build up your speed muscles
at past 260 with a double pedal untriggered I think George and I would be preetty close in volume even George drops in volume at those speeds
why you have a gig for me?
Tim
TimWaterson 2 years ago
Sorry, my English isn't so good, what do you mean when you say "gig for me"?
LOLE1991KOVIN 2 years ago
I get requests to play in bands and
Most people when they ask specifics about can a volume for playing need to know if i can play their music with power

that was awesome tim! you make it look so easy! i seen a video called "bostic-flat foot technique" are you using the same motion?
lolitsmanuel 2 years ago
Im Using the pump I know Bostic he kind of pumps his left foot but uses hip flexors for speed I just control my ankles.
This is a comfortable everyday speed
