@brightystar1 First you have to beat tthe 16 gym leaders. then talk to Prof. Oak and he'll grant you permission. Go to the Johto Pokemon League where there is a cross section and go left. The police officer should let you through now. Climb Mt. Silver and you'll eventually get to Red. (NOTE: Once you beat Red, Moltres is in a cave nearby, but you have to beat Red first in order to use Rock Climb.)

I agree with counter, this is an incredibly pork'n'beans team. Legendaries are unnecessary for this battle and you simply over powered everything with your Heracross. I don't agree with his statement 'HMs Galore' about Feraligatr. Waterfall is Feraligatr's go to move. STAB damage, 80 Power, 100 Accuracy and Physical damage with a chance of flinch.

My Feraligatr moveset is Waterfall, Ice Punch, Crunch, Earthquake.

actually, ash isn't a wimp at all. red only disbanded team rocket. ash saved the world MORE than once. and besides that, ash defeats every trainer he runs into either on the first or second try, so he's one of the strongest trainers in the entire show. if HE were in this game and not red, he'd most likely be lvl100.
