@xDrumsx4xLifex get 3 toms, jam with all 3 of them for 1/2 an hour, then take the 1 that you dont want off, jam like that for a 1/2, and see what you like better. Worse that happens is you sell the tom you dont want OR keep it in case your other tom breaks, you just throw the other one on while you wait for the other one to get fixed.

There are no triggers, but people can easily do "sound replacement" in any given DAW, given that there is a mic for each source. It sounds as if there is either some really great micing and playing technique in a good room or there is a bit of modern magic imparted after the fact. Either way it sounds great sonically and musically. SO JUST TO CLARIFY... NO ACTUAL "TRIGGERS", SIMPLY SOME POSSIBLE DRUM REPLACEMENT/LAYERING VIA SAMPLES IN A DIGITAL AUDIO WORKSTATION. THAT IS PRETTY S.O.P. NOWADAYS

@callum110293 The thing hes doing around 1.20 is a concept called 'quads'. Its just a really simple and cool sounding type of fill where you do two strokes on the hands, and two on the feet. In this case he moves it around the kit. Hit for hit: snare, snare, kick, kick, high tom, high tom, kick, kick, low tom, low tom, kick, kick, snare and china.

@callum110293 : Yeah, but if you're new to picking it up and you don't have a double bass pedal, you'll probably want to work on your bass pedal double strokes. You might want to study up on the heel toe technique or the slide technique. They'll help you achieve the speed you'll need to nail the fill.
