I love this video because I am a cook. The fast risotto sounds great! It is a little bit of a cheat because the final parmigiana makes the 'creamy' that is defined by 'traditional' risotto. If it is done right though, who would know?

I only have one issue...and it is MINE. You are not at fault. This is just the stigma of my visual thoughts...

@Mahlikus Thanks for your comment. This was one of our first recorded videos and i'd like to say that the warm non-tungsten adjusted tinting was on purpose, but it's not... : )
