I like these guys that can list all of the "bad" parts of your performance, then you click on there channel to see if they can back up there big mouths, and they don't even have a video to show. It's like they commented only to let all the other youtubers know how "smart" they are. Yes perfectdonk we all know how smart you are.
- Take ages to find your pinky break and to transfer it to your thumb
- Focus on it
- Snap a card without explaining what you're actually doing
- Then spoil the trick when revealing the change (which isn't clear in the 1st place, for the audience since you didnt remind them on what happened) and explain everything after it happens.
2.) Camera can't look up at me if its fixed, the auidience looks up...
3.) To attract the audience's focus without telling them too, or the second time was to giving an action to justify the magic...
4.) The change is extremely clear when revealed. The fact that the cards change places without them expecting it IS THE TRICK... I don't have to remind them that i found the wrong card because they know that, reminding them is insulting...
Earlier on, showing the 10.OD and then looking through the deck and with the revelation showing that same card again, is very weak especially with the bad patter
People just recap and think, "hmm, it (the 10) just didnt leave the deck"
And again, your misdirection (none) and your focus points are almost 180degree reversed from what is neccesary to make it effective
Hey, but if you have the audience that like this...dont change it, you're the man
@RyteLA922 You dont have why to make any excuses in magic, if people complains about what they saw at your magic vid, is because somethings wrong at what your doing bro, if you´re going to do magic, you gotta be sure that your content, may as well be a video of you doing magic, satisfys your viewers/spectators, you cant afford to make excuses to them if you failed, you gotta bring them back, if you can´t handle that, dont post videos that you are not sure is going to be amazing, thats magic.
Too much risk of error... a lot of people enjoy checking those cards you put down, lol. Also, just from a technical standpoint it's not impressive to other magicians... you do it well enough though, enjoy your 4 :P

HowTo screw up a magic performance:
- Take ages to find your pinky break and to transfer it to your thumb
- Focus on it
- Snap a card without explaining what you're actually doing
- Then spoil the trick when revealing the change (which isn't clear in the 1st place, for the audience since you didnt remind them on what happened) and explain everything after it happens.

Ehm...nice try, I see what you do so I dont buy it
so if this is really your answer to criticism (and suspicious pauses), well then:
1 Fail
2 Fail
3 Fail
4 Fail
Dont try to be a wiseguy, the effect on your audience is what counts..and I dont believe for a second that people like this bad performance
And dont follow the advice of great magicians who'll tell you to remind people on their chosen card/card they're holding
Furthermore, looking through the deck is not very strong

It's got that "oops" factor to it, which increases the reaction it'll get... but overall I dislike the technique.
4/5 for the presentation :D

Whats not to like, extremely simple, quick, hard hitting, and totally impromptu, its what magic's all about.
