i found this cool vase at a thrift store this weekend. It's made of glass and i want to make a little bong out of it. But i dont have a glass drill bit. Would it be possible to slowly cut around a little circle with an x-acto knife and then drill it with a normal drill? Or will that just shatter it? I can't really go out and buy a drill bit. Time isn't really the issue.

There r heaps of nice shaped bottles out there 2 play with 4 sure. I would do the same thing, but i prefer pipes, so i don't even bother with bongs. Sum ppl that i know, that don't or can't drill a hole in glass, just make plastic 1's & use pieces of garden hose 4 the chamber lol. Fark that! & i find unless the bong is cleaned VERY regularly.... it tastes like CRAP. Just personal preference.

hey sound after a bit of my own experimenting (may all those 19th century british orphans i slaughtered rest in peace) i've found a way to creat a bowl/downstem from household goods!

i used one of those door stops that are spring a spring with a rubber tip and ipod phones

I took offthe door stop and removed rubber stopper on the end.

I dismantled a head phone and took out the screen on the speaker.

i bent the spring door stop and slipped the screen in at the most fitting spot and vualah!
