To all the players who don't get it, this tank had 539 defense, however, the defense you need to be impossible to be critical hit on it 540, so by around a 0.00001% chance, this tank was unlucky enough to be critted on and owned.

Buddy when i do the old school Crushing Blow macro i have 106.987 % avoidence... im aware that 540 is the capp for raids cause boss crits = sad times however for heroics i run 530 cause thats the instance capp... now i was just as shocked not to get horribly smashed by xt-002 as you however with a 107% avoidance either its impossible to be crit for not being able to be hit directly or i just lucked the fuck out ... anyways it happened and i almost shat my pants laughin

demonicko555 is retarded, If you are a DK and have the Seal of the Pantheon, Sigil of the Unfaltering Knight, Rune of SSG and decent tank gear, you can go to around 570~ defense. It's not really a good idea to have that much, but it is possible to get way higher than 558.

I don't even let myself go one point under the defense cap. Funny story, for a month or two I thought the defense cap was 550 and I usually like to keep a little extra defense to make adding new gear with less defense a little easier. I think I almost hit 560 before someone told me that the defense cap was 540.
