I have question now does building leg muscle increase running/sprinting speed and if so what kind of exercises are good for increasing speed please help!?
@houdini69 This is an instructional video, not a competition video. Therefore, the person chosen to do the exercise does not necessarily need to have big legs right?
@houdini69 how often and how many km's do u bike a day? i might get into it if you have real good results? you must of been biking for a while tho aye?.
its not so much how many kms a day, its about, going out and blasting your legs to pieces, and pushing big gears. then rest and eat . do it every third day...and you will see. get out with a local cycling club and see if you can hang on, dont spin the gear like the skinny guys, with high revs. just find the burn. and also get to those big hills, and dont get out of the saddle !
