**UPDATE** CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THE 2 MEN CHARGED IN THE DRAGGING OF FIRU**
Agustin Morend Martinez and Josa Guebara , Cerda are both scheduled to be back in court on JUNE 6th , 2011 . This is a Plea Date , where they are expected to plead guilty . Under NC State Law , this is a Structured Sentence ... they will serve 4-5 Months in Jail and on release they will serve 18 Months Probation .

dogs mentally recover from things like this ten times faster than humans, and tho this was a terrible story and im so glad the dog made it out ok i just wish people wouldnt dwell on this like they do.
