  • cant hear at all

  • so but this sucks bc no one can hear what u r saying

  • It would be wonderful if we could hear you. This is, however, a good exercise for a painful knee. The quads and hams need to be strong to support a healthy knee. When they get weak, the knees will suffer and be painful.

  • will this help for knee pain?? i have knee pain and i want to know what to do to get rid of it.

  • very nice quad set instruction. don't listen to the other fools.

  • You have to literally be Ecco the Dolphin if you want to be able to hear what she says

  • Good stuff thanks

  • this isnt working for your tights

  • Speak up dammit!

  • There is a problem with the audio

  • can you adjust the sound volume a bit higher please.

  • holy fuck so it did, she gave us a blowy too

  • For physical therapy use CYBERPT it is an AWESOME site!!!!

  • It's pretty easy for someone who's not recovering from a knee injury to do haha. If you can't straighten your leg thats ok. I'm 5 weeks post op acl recon. and i'm still at a -2 extension and 163 deg. range of motion.

  • one star for that long ass advertisment

  • Hi, these are good, but pls concentrate on our audio quality. It is not clear in few of your videos

  • What if you can't straiten you're legs all the way?

  • It depends on what your situation is. If you recendly had surgery or prolonged bedrest, etc. - you may just need to strengthen and stretch : Try to get it as straight as you can and work on that range, by using your quads to get the range you can, you will strengthen and eventually be able to get more range. if you feel a pull at the back of your leg and feel that is what is limiting you, stretch - pull it out, hold it as straight as u can for 30sec x 5 or so, w/o experiencing pain.

  • @randumgrrrl

    thankyou for ur helping words.

    i will try it out

  • then go see a doc

  • Then u need to ampute below your knee in order to avoid infections.

  • Empire562 if you don't have anything positive to say then don't say anything at all.

  • absolutely right about pulling the toes to the nose. dorsiflexing the ankle is always a great detail in quad and even hamstring work that can be overlooked. good call.

  • help!!! my knees hurt everytime i do squat position, can i use this therapy to relieve the pain? thanks!!!

  • You probably have Osgood Schlatter's disease. Don't worry, its very common in teenagers (especially boys) and i have it too. Rest if its too bad and go see a physio. And yes, these exercises will help.

  • proably im not doctor but i went to phys. therapy for my knee and that was one of the good ones eventually they had me use ankle weights.
