You are welcome. I need to find more about the new scoring pattern before I can answer on this topic. But I think 164 out of 170 should be a good score for Math section. However I will find more about it and keep you posted.

Yes Dear, you should atleast read all the word list from the GRE Barron's book to familiarize yourself with the kind of words it has in store. So that next time when you hear or read them it should ring a bell.

Hello, thanks for writing to me. Yes you should follow the 40 day methods and you can invest more time on every topic.What i mean to say is, i said invest 60 minutes on some topic and if you have extra hours than take more time but learn well...

Actually I never prepared from Kaplan or Princeton, so I have not mentioned much about them. I am not qualified enough to say that Barron's is better than Princeton or Kaplan. I am well versed with Barron's so used it for my videos.

Thanks for your comments and watching it. I don't want to clarify it in public, but still as you started it. Here's a few point you should note. I think you are among those believers who believes that only scoring a 9+ pointer in your B.Tech makes you feel that you did good, then grow up & seek help. with such a high pointer, what do you do, look for a PSP 9-5 job. Because, you just, only FELT,that they are core companies and you'll do core engineering stuff...!
But you never do more than a accountant's job or monitor the pressure of the boiler from that small tiny gauge....yes, I do admit Saquib, Padmesh, Saadat, Ajay Jha were ahead of me in respect to pointers. But guess what, let me give you a clue! If you get time, personally ask Ajay, Padmesh, Saadat, & Saquib what THEY feel about their pointers now? You'll be more enlightened to know from them than me!
And second thing about your Stanford, Harvard stuff ...let me include...
MIT, CIT too, you missed them!...It's not about where you are, it's about what you try to do. May be I did a very few small things while I was in NIT Sgr. I know how to assemble an entire scanning electron microscope(Hitachi S3600N), I know how to do detailed analysis of a polycrystalline material using a Powder diffractometer etc apart from my curriculum. I think a high pointer wouldn't have helped me much in doing so. Now is it okay "ap9664" if I say that I did well in my B.Tech days.
Again,I don't think MS/ studying abroad is only for rich. I can say it, because I myself belong to the lower middle class family. I came here on scholarship, because I did well in my B.Tech days(which was possible on my part to do so without being rich), & my score in GRE was good. My parents did support me, but I earned money myself by working for an IT company, and then bought the GRE & TOEFL form fee. That wasn't easy. All we need is a will to do.
dost people will be more interested to know how to crack IIT,CAT or IAS in 40 days rather than how to crack stupid GRE in 40 days.u must remember Studying in top US colledges is a previlage of either super ruch or brilliant.there r thousands of brilliant graduates who can not afford cost of education.
Thts nt exactly correct notion dear.First of all,cracking exams like IIT, CAT is nt a ready-made task which can be done in 40 days.There is no substitute 4 hardwork for these exams.They need immense practice and dedication.Bt,when comes to GRE,these can be achieved in 40days.This is bcoz,the type of questions they ask is more or less like questions tht we tackle everyday.calculations like paying for the groceries/arranging no. of sitting arrangements 4 ur frnds who r coming home on ur birthday!

The maths asked in gre are too simple, so you shouldn't worry much if you didn't go thru maths aftr ur 10th. All u need is to cram some formulaes.

Besides the comments clearly shows how conceited yet totally loser life some of u r leading to have to keep tracks of how this guy or that guy got in some generalizing test in who-cares-which-Indian-institution. None of them are as good as they claim to be, that in the end doesnt even matter.

@ people who blah-ed and got off the point---> get a life.If u think u GRE is stupid(whether it really is or not is not the point) then u should be watching some other video out of the millions of videos that youtube has to offer. and if u think its relevent to ur wants ten watch and see if it helps. the maker of the video just shared an experience and perspective.

and so called scholarships as far as i know some universites like cincicnati,TTU are fee waiver universities so if u get cpa of 3 its equivalent to pissing off with 60% marks )u get full scholarships.that is the standard of university in which u study.agar 4 saal bachchodi nahi ki hoti to shayad kisi dream university me padh rahe hote.

I think these videos are meant to, help those who wants to clear GRE test, and nothing more & nothing personal!
& for you Dear, I don't know if you delight in empty parades of meaningless words. I don't think a guy once completed his B.tech will ever try to clear IIT again and also if he/she has taken engineering as his/her career on his own choice, then I don't think he/she would ever bang his head with MBA's unless he/she is a confused-idiot.

he he he scanning electron microscope .wow.still remember that some guys were playing video games or watching porn till 3 oclock in morning prior to exams and then going to some tech fest and pretending as if they had gained some high figh knowledge or become some scientist

& just a l'l more...I don't know much abt IIM's bt yes abt IIT's. Wt do the most IITians do after graduation-clear CAT and get into IIMs(dnt even know why they evr entered the IITs) or they take the GRE test & go to USA for THEIR higher studies. They even hardly care to improve their locality. Atleast I can be proud to be from NIT Sgr where my Electrical Engg proff's have set up a Wind-energy based Electricity generator at Leh-Ladakh for local tribes to enjoy the boons of electricity.

Thanks for your comments and watching it. I don't want to clarify it in public, but still as you started it. Here's a few point you should note. I think you are among those believers who believes that only scoring a 9+ pointer in your B.Tech makes you feel that you did good, then grow up & seek help. with such a high pointer, what do you do, look for a PSP 9-5 job. Because, you just, only FELT,that they are core companies and you'll do core engineering stuff...!

But you never do more than a accountant's job or monitor the pressure of the boiler from that small tiny gauge....yes, I do admit Saquib, Padmesh, Saadat, Ajay Jha were ahead of me in respect to pointers. But guess what, let me give you a clue! If you get time, personally ask Ajay, Padmesh, Saadat, & Saquib what THEY feel about their pointers now? You'll be more enlightened to know from them than me!
And second thing about your Stanford, Harvard stuff ...let me include...

MIT, CIT too, you missed them!...It's not about where you are, it's about what you try to do. May be I did a very few small things while I was in NIT Sgr. I know how to assemble an entire scanning electron microscope(Hitachi S3600N), I know how to do detailed analysis of a polycrystalline material using a Powder diffractometer etc apart from my curriculum. I think a high pointer wouldn't have helped me much in doing so. Now is it okay "ap9664" if I say that I did well in my B.Tech days.

Again,I don't think MS/ studying abroad is only for rich. I can say it, because I myself belong to the lower middle class family. I came here on scholarship, because I did well in my B.Tech days(which was possible on my part to do so without being rich), & my score in GRE was good. My parents did support me, but I earned money myself by working for an IT company, and then bought the GRE & TOEFL form fee. That wasn't easy. All we need is a will to do.

dost people will be more interested to know how to crack IIT,CAT or IAS in 40 days rather than how to crack stupid GRE in 40 days.u must remember Studying in top US colledges is a previlage of either super ruch or brilliant.there r thousands of brilliant graduates who can not afford cost of education.

Thts nt exactly correct notion dear.First of all,cracking exams like IIT, CAT is nt a ready-made task which can be done in 40 days.There is no substitute 4 hardwork for these exams.They need immense practice and dedication.Bt,when comes to GRE,these can be achieved in 40days.This is bcoz,the type of questions they ask is more or less like questions tht we tackle everyday.calculations like paying for the groceries/arranging no. of sitting arrangements 4 ur frnds who r coming home on ur birthday!
