@Charruaaa1010 you get one fort for city hall and one extra for your palace, afterwards, if I remember correctly, you will need 20 elite housing population for each extra fort.... I'm not sure though

honestly if I had enough space on the map... I could have built the elite housing block using just the resources that I had, obviously I would have had to stop exporting silk and laqerware, and obviously I would have had to cut down a couple of industries in order for the worker force to be enough (as people from elite houses don't count in workforce)

if I have enough time then maybe I'll do that too, recording converting and uploading take like 6 hours for me

Thanks for these great strategy videos, they've really helped me out alot :) Although it would be even more helpful if you made a video showing how to do a effective and working elite house block:)
