#2: Reagan was praising mr. Paul's toughness on expanding the military. I've been told he's against big spending and more military might. Maybe I'm wrong, but doesn't this imply flip-flopping?

#3: It also implies president reagan is endorses or otherwise supports mr. Paul, which is impossible considering his condition.
