The probability of someone knowing we were there, had radios with us, knowing they were turned on, being on the same channel at the same time close enough to hear us and yet come in low is next to impossible. Besides, we were speaking out loud, NOT transmitting.

I would only suggest, if I could, that it is tough to distinguish what the evp is saying among the laughing going on. if there are a couple people in your group who cannot be quiet, have them be part of the team that analyzes the evidence afterwards, but KEEP THEM out of the live search, they are interfering..... other than that, good job guys!

My friends and I were stupid enough to do the whole ouija seance shite and it ended very badly. As in we pissed off someone or something to the point it actually felt as though I was being repeatedly punched in the gut and my lungs being compressed.

It is an historical fact that there were 2 hospitals in that area, both burned down. We haven't found records of any deaths related to the burning but we're still researching it.

i used to play in a band when i was in my late teens, we recorded a demo in a 24 track recording studio that was old 19th century factory building(linen or flax i think?) in belfast. after numerous problems with the equipment, we finished the recording and were helping the recording guys do the mix, and clear as day, there was a voice saying jesus repeatedly. ten years later that tape still freaks me out. the way it is said is creepy. i always wondered about that. so this is E.V.P. ?

Ouiji boards (as well s crystals, seances, etc.) open a door that anything can come through. You have no control over what will come and you can't always make it go back.

Through experiences of my own...I really don't feel this is how they communicate. When an individual crosses over it's more or less a telepathy. You feel and sense, but verbal communication has never been an encounter of mine and I've had several in my life time.

Did you have a recorder or electronic voice unit (like a video camera or a walkie) with you when you had such an encounter? If it was just voices from out of thin air that would be one thing. But voices from an electronic device are the very nature of the EVP phenomena.

I heard at one point someone say, "I think someone is f... with us". Why do you now dismiss that explanation? Someone with any other walkie talkie could just keep changing channels until you heard them? How about someone within your own group possibly looking for excitement? Seems a little dramatic even for the spirit world. Almost like from a movie perspective rather than what most people experience in this area. Just my interpretation.

We considered it and feel it's not likely for many reasons. We were NOT transmitting on the walkies! Just had them on. The EVP questions were out loud, NOT transmitted! W/O transmitting how would someone know we had walkies with us? How could someone figure out the channel? The signal was weak which shows the source wasn't near. And, if it was someone near who heard us and made a good guess about our walkies we would have heard. We heard nothing.

I've probably watched, literally, hundreds of "ghost sightings" and "demons caught on tape". Out of all of them, I had a hard time doubting this one. The voice is so realistic, and if the tape is untampered, as you say, then props to catching this...voice. And I've heard stuff before too, but this is just....it had me right scared. You guys also seem pretty professional. Whether this is a demon or a spirit, or whatever, it was most definitely believable.

EVPs via radio isn't without historical presidence. In WW2 British radio opertors sometimes picked up unusual voices. They thought it was the Germans talking in code. After the war when Nazi records were reviewed no transmissions on those frequencies at that time were found!

I believe the Spirit caught on your EVP to be that of an inhuman, also known as Demon. It spoke in evil voice, and talked of burning let me out. It is one of many Demons who are bound in a dark place, he wants out. He will be let out one day, of this I'm sure. But I do not fear such things, I laugh at them for they have no power over me.
