I'm sorry, but this game is not better than FF9 lol FF9 has better plot, char development, graphics and overall a better battling system. Yes FF9 battling system has flaws (runs slow at times) but nonetheless its still better. I do like this game, but if I had not played either game I'd go with FF9 for sure.

Wow Suikoden this is my all time favorite game. I know people say Suikoden 2 is better, but i dont know this just brings back so many memories. So for me this is the best game ever. Also the music in this game is great

I've tried typing eternal empire and i think it's that song but that very beginning, like those five tones on the beginning, there is not that part in soundtrack. 'Cause in music school, my professor played one song and the beginning was fucking same. Now, it's gonna bother me for like next month...

@Cdubzhappy Suikoden > Any FF. Seriously. You might like FF9, I thought it was boring to be honest, but Suikoden is just a fun game to to play, even though it's way more antiquated than FF9. I'd say that would be the only downside.

Dude! My birthday is July 29th. Yeah, the musical score is so incredible. Kazim Hazel is the man. One of my favorites. Kraze is such a douche. Goddamn! I love the overworld theme. A fast way to earn money early on is to play the mini-game in Rockland. The mountain theme is so epic.
