The Joker was always meant to be odd and psychotic. Otherwise he wouldn't be The Joker. And besides, it's not really the looks that are supposed to scare you...it's the personality behind it. The look of the Joker only adds to the effect. They used this make-up style to make him more maniacal and realistic looking.
The Joker is the best DC villain. I am glad he is more like he is in the comics in this movie. His abilities always seemed to differ depending on the writer. In some he goes head to head with Batman in hand to hand combat and other times he goes down with one punch. I like the look of this one. ^_^

This Joker is more true to the comics. In the early comics the joker was a crazy pyschopath that "Happened" to dress up as a clown. The later comics made him a silly crimanal who would run at the sight of Batman. The earlier Joker was pure evil,had no fear of Batman & like to go toe to toe with him. This is the Joker that scared the shit out of me when I was a kid.
I've tried to find that poster everywhere, but no such luck yet. I think that picture is so awesomely creepy. If you see it up close, there's writing at the very bottom that's all jumbled. I've tried to interpret but still can't.

I was just so impressed on the Joker character, that mean look, simple but so frightening! Heath's talent made all that.

The Joker was always meant to be odd and psychotic. Otherwise he wouldn't be The Joker. And besides, it's not really the looks that are supposed to scare you...it's the personality behind it. The look of the Joker only adds to the effect. They used this make-up style to make him more maniacal and realistic looking.

The Joker is the best DC villain. I am glad he is more like he is in the comics in this movie. His abilities always seemed to differ depending on the writer. In some he goes head to head with Batman in hand to hand combat and other times he goes down with one punch. I like the look of this one. ^_^

This Joker is more true to the comics. In the early comics the joker was a crazy pyschopath that "Happened" to dress up as a clown. The later comics made him a silly crimanal who would run at the sight of Batman. The earlier Joker was pure evil,had no fear of Batman & like to go toe to toe with him. This is the Joker that scared the shit out of me when I was a kid.

I've tried to find that poster everywhere, but no such luck yet. I think that picture is so awesomely creepy. If you see it up close, there's writing at the very bottom that's all jumbled. I've tried to interpret but still can't.
