  • the bank teller black widow was talking to was that walker edmiston

  • The producers could had done a great episode if they had brought back Black Widow during the third season. While Batman and Robin are fighting her henchmen, Black Widow short circuits Batgirl's brain and turns her against The Dynamic Duo. Since Batman and Robin don't fight women, Batgirl easily overpowers them and then goes on a crime spree with Black Widow.

  • I read that when Tallulah put on the slacks for her costume they were so tight that she said: There goes one ball.

    That's my girl! xo

  • Of all the female villains, Black Widow was my favorite. I liked Catwoman's "The Purr Fect Crime." But the love/hate relationship got kind of old after too many episodes

  • Where the human brain is concerned , my men are not equipped.

  • I just read that her last words were codeine......bourbon. XD

  • The best of the best, you are great for posting these Batman episodes. Many, many thanks !!

  • The look of horror....THE BLACK WIDOW!!!!! Chief O'Hara is spooked for sure!!!

  • @allanfisch Maybe you are in love with her? I am since I saw "Lifeboat" for the first time. I was approx. 14 and now I'm 52. The only way to take her out of my mind is a shotgun ...

  • Mr Gordon Cormissh

  • i love the brain anilizing machine from 6:03 to 7:46

its a hair dryer so awsome

love this episode so much it was one of the first i saw and i became a batman addict after watching this episode.

thanks so so so much for putting all the episodes of batman tos FanOfBats

  • another groovy day!

  • dragging a fur on the ground like it means nothing.......only Tallulah!!!!

  • Even though every word sounds like she's having a stroke, this is absolutely brilliant!

  • @winghop No stroke, bourbon-struck !!! Approx. 3 o/oo ... I love her !!!

  • Black Widow? i think marvel gonna sue somebody XD

  • i dont think i seen this episode

  • Miss Bankhead...dahling....

  • Love Chief O'Hara's line line at 7:55-- "Me men are clever, goodness knows. But where the human brain is concerned, they're just not equipped."

  • This was her last acting performance. I seem to remember reading somewhere that she kept making sexual advances toward the boy wonder while she was there, She was a self confessed drug user and bi-sexual but still one of this countries best actresses.

  • @bigkellyr I wonder if he ever took her up on those advances. I would have!

  • Tallulah was a senior citizen by the time she made this: about 65 years old. But she wasn't "ancient". Unfortunately, her lifestyle (which resulted in emphysema and long-term drug use) was showing on her. Still, she is a class act to watch in this episode. Thank you for posting and hopefully this series will soon (finally) be released on DVD.

  • Haha Holy Neuro Center

  • Serge, Andy this was the episode that were watching ST PATTY's EVE

  • the black widow was one of my favorite villains on this show. i loved the way tallulah exaggerated certain words as in "bat-Dahl" (doll) in her speech and that's how she talked in real life too.

  • LOL! Tallu was so short, but a monumental personality. RIP.

  • Miss Tellulah Bankhead?....I like that, man this show's got class to spare.

  • "Where the brain is concerned they're just not equipped" - - - - - - - yes O'Hara, we noticed :P man he was such a stereotype of Irish - and one that alas stuck

  • I think that bank manager co starred in the old W.C. Fields movies as well

  • "So this is milk.." brilliant.

  • This, for those interested, was the final performance of Tullah Bankhead as she died less than a year later.

  • The bank manager played by Grady Sutton was also with Bankhead in A ROYAL SCANDAL.

  • Oh My God really?!

  • this is so great, thanks for posting it!

  • you're welcome!

  • I remember this from the old days of TV reruns. Thanks for posting.

That Bank Manager is not gay, not at all! May his brain be sorted back to normal again (the idiotic sod.)

  • @shikishinobi Reruns? Lol. I remember this show when it was originally broadcast.

  • ahhahaa

Ohara just called his men stupid.

  • Thanks EQ
