In the first place, people in serious distress do not scream "Oww!" In the second place, if you act irrational around a U.S. senator, you get taken down. Third, Kerry didn't jump in because he's not stupid; for all he knew the kid had a gun---not much of a rarity on college campuses these days.
Six police officers in process of executing detention on a 120 pound bean pole kid and Kerry is worried the kid might have a gun? I doubt that. I laugh my ass off he got the taser.
What's wrong with having a gun? If we all carried guns, we'd be a fuck of a lot safer. Thousands of lives could have been saved on 9/11 if the passengers of those flights had been carrying guns, and all the mass shootings in history could have been thwarted as well.
