The mechanics are definately different from most MMO's but it's my Favorite one. Granted, i think WoW (whether you play or not) is a better game by far. better support, more expansive and mechanics seem smoother (I play both MxO and WoW) but MxO is more meant for harcore Matrix fans in a way. That's what i think...if anyone cares XD

Easternknight-If you like PvP then yes, if your looking for anything else then i would say no.

You can spend literally months on catch-up on the storyline and the missions are repetitive as hell.

The community for the most part is decent, there are the anal hardcores who think there badass simply because they were on since beta and griefers are common, but far less common than other MMO's

Yes, The Matrix Online has both Hostile (PvP 24/7), and Non-Hostile (PvP when you flag up) servers.
