  • yeah, what @Laura1115 said! please tell :)

  • Awesome Vid.. Thanks! :) What is the name of the product you mention that is like a glue stick from Sephora for glitter?? :) THANKS again!

  • I love your Hair Color!! how was that done? did you have to bleach the highlights? first before the red was done?

  • O em gee! Wen I saw the title of this vid I was like that's me! I tell everyone my fave color is glitter. ... Haha btw I LOVE ur makeup n this. Do u have a tutorial on it? If no will u do one? I have green eyes too so purple looks really good. And I love ur room!

  • SOO PRETTY can you do a tutorial on that look you have on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Omg ur so beautiful could you do a tutorial on your look in your mufe palette review and maybe a look 4 green eyes thnx luv

  • do looks with coastal scents ultra shimmer palette and bh 120 colors palette 1st edition

  • can you press nyx on the go glitters?

  • please come up with more eyeshadow looks with different shapes. i liked the cobalt glitter look. i liked the eyeshadow shape. i love glitter too.

  • How do you clean out glitter from your brushes?

  • @PennyMaquillaje

I hardly ever use brushes to apply. I find they absorb too much of the glitter and consequently they don't deposit it opaquely enough for my liking. I tend just use my fingers but I have recently come across a glitter applicator from Sephora. it has a silicone tip so it applies glitter perfectly! Definitely much better than a brush!

  • @PennyMaquillaje

Oh I just realized, your question was probably referring to when I mix my own glitter liner in this video. To do that I usually use a small synthetic angled brush and afterwards when the brush is still wet, I wash it with a mild baby shampoo so that the mixing medium doesn't harden... Hopefully that helps! sorry for the confusion! :)

  • ii love your hair dark!! especially with those hints of color! it suits you really well. :)

  • @beauty07forever

Thank you! I agree, the dark hair colour is definitely a welcome change! Glad you like it too! :)

  • HI! What lashes are you wearing in this video?

  • @shannnybannny

I wish I could tell you a specific name or number or something... Surprisingly I bought them at forever 21 when I was in NYC in June. They were a really pretty pair of super long criss-crossed lashes which I cut in half, so I ended up with 2 pairs of corner lashes! I love them to pieces! I used them all the time! They don't have a specific name though... Oh and they were only 3$!!!! I wish I had bought several pairs! Hope that helps! :)

  • love your makeup look in this video... can you make a tutorial for it?

  • @sfzaki

Before filming this one, I filmed a tutorial for the look but my camera was wayyyy over zoomed so I had to scrap the tutorial. I will try to get around to filming another one. :)

  • what is your accent?

  • @chriztinalori

I have an accent? Lol. I am Canadian, from Montreal... I wasn't aware that I had an accent but I guess it is possible! I also speak french so maybe it is a little bit of that? I don't know.... I hope that answers your question!

  • yay!!!new video!!! oh, could you do a tutorial about pressing pigments ? love ur videos as usually!!!

  • @Takotaly

Hii!! I filmed a video about pressing pigments and glitters last night so I should be posting that soonish. Keep an eye out for that! Thanks for watching, as usual! :)

  • hey- love youre haircolor!!

  • @58keshiaify

Thank you! I am loving it too! Big change, but a welcome change! :)

  • @livebreathemakeup Thank you:) It sucks that Sephora doesn't ship internationally :(

  • @sarahlanat

Aw yeah, I didn't realize you were from Australia... its really unfortunate that they don't ship internationally. I don't know of any other company that makes anything similar. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

  • wow that was SO informative, thank you!!!

  • @anazeeya

Aww thats so sweet! Thank you! Glad you liked the video! :)

  • i had a question i have bought a glitter pack from a craft store is it safe for me to put around my eye?? the glitters seem pretty small

  • @tbinky12

I would say no... but at the same time many of the glitters I buy from MAC which are cosmetic glitters have package inserts saying they are not approved for use around the eye and I use them anyways. Basically with any glitters there is always a small risk associated with using it around the eye area. So I guess what I am trying to say is use your own judgement... I am not expert. Hope that helps a bit!

  • @MAK3UPL0VER

I'll have to go look up that video and it sounds like that could work pretty well! My best luck has been with disposable makeup wipes but I might just have to try the cloth! Thanks for the tip! ;)

  • @MAK3UPL0VER

Aw Thanks! I am totally digging it too. Way more funky than anything I have ever done! :)

  • lovin the new cam hun! cant wait for tutorials

    xoxo

  • @weekndakn33s

Me too! Its my favourite! My bf got it for me for Christmas and guess what... its purple! I'm still trying to figure out the right angle for tutorials so the first few I post might look a bit awkward. Thanks for watching & commenting! :)

  • im nominating you as glitter queen.

very informative video,it helped alot since my new years look involved gold glitter on the lower lash line :)

  • @seraxera

Haha aww! Glitter queen! I LOVE it! Let me know how this tricks work the next time you wear some glitter! :)

  • Great video! I was wondering though, if I've already placed eyeshadow on my lid and want to layer glitter on top of it, can I use eyelash glue as a sticky base or will it ruin the eyeshadow? I would assume it would dry clear, but if this doesn't work, what would be the best product to use other than the Sephora base? Thanks!

  • @mylittlecasey1

I wouldn't recommend using an eyelash glue as most of them are latex based and will end up creating a rubbery layer on top of the eyeshadow that might end up ruining the look. Like I mentioned in the video, depending on the size of the glitter, you might be able to just pat the glitter on top of the eyeshadow dry (if the glitter is very refined and small). If the glitter is too large you can try using a fixing spray like MAC fix+ or MUFE mist & fix to spray your face...

  • @mylittlecasey1

and while the spray is still damp pat some glitter on top of the eyeshadow. Hope that helps! xox

  • @livebreathemakeup Thank you so much for the great advice! :)

  • I loved all of the information in this video, but the filler "um" made up for about a fourth of the time of the video.

  • @Jmuffinx3

Thanks for the constructive criticism . I swear in real life I hardly ever say the word "um" but once I am alone in my room talking to a video camera for whatever reason it just comes out. I will make a conscious effort now to cut back on my fillers. Wish me luck! Thanks for watching! :)

  • The lighting in this video was so much better!!!

  • @Staciek76

It might be the lighting, but I think the major difference is that I got a new camera for Christmas that shoots HD video. Either way, I am so glad you like the video quality better now! :)

  • @ItsMrsDavisToYou

Awww thanks hun! I agree I am definitely loving glitter and from your contest entry I can tell that you do too! I'm going to copy paste from my comment underneath about the eye primer...

"It is called the "eye primer pot' by Sephora Collection. If you log on to sephora.com look up the products from sephora collection. Go under the heading makeup -> concealer/shadow base and it should be the 4th product."

    Hope that helps! xox

  • Sorry I couldn't hear properly, what was the Sephora base called?

  • @sarahlanat

Its not you... I don't think I actually mentioned it because I wasn't sure.... It is called the "eye primer pot' by Sephora Collection. I tried posting the link to the sephora website but youtube isn't letting me. But just log on to sephora.com look up the products from sephora collection. Go under the heading makeup -> concealer/shadow base and it should be the 4th product.

    Hope that helps! :)
