@xWoWaddict13x loot management points guilds use..... depends how they manage it... its like... example im a raider in my guild always there and doing my job right... and say a tier piece or a rogue dagger drops. if theres another rogue who didnt pull as much or done as much as i have its up to the loot master to make sure i get it by ye DKP..

@xWoWaddict13x its a system "Dragon Kill Points" your raid leader gives points to each member of the raid depending on how well the do on fight, and you save those points up from week to week, when an item drops you want you ask the loot master your balance, and he will tell you how many you have saved up, you then Bid on the item with your DKP as opposed to rolling on it, what vubilica is referring to is more of a loot council, which is like a gear dictator

you should do one last WoW bit on broken guild system that cataclysm messed up, where there's no real purpose in being in a guild anymore and how no one stays in a guild longer than 5 minutes forcing guild recruits to constantly recruit as if they're desperate for recruits even though they have 300 afk members in the guild
