It would be interest I think to many to have a run down of personnel such as who was on organ for that particular track (if known). Also the recording date would be helpful. The chromatic progression as cadence came from somewhere and most likely not from Link's mind- Many jazzers were using the chromatic progression to return to the tonic.
@Alphabex8 Good point. Link Wray is right up there with the Gods of guitar. Hendrix's referal to "surf music" in "Third Stone From the Sun" is a reference to Dick Dale not Link Wray.

This was recorded in the mid 60s, it was released on Norton as part of the "Missing Links" series but the recording itself is from the mid 60s.
