  • Why is this man not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?

  • @MiamiSouthPaw yeh why ? let me tell you why , first he was american Indian , second , he wouldnt kiss thier ass , . . . its that simple , he is the father of grunge

  • @ahitler1000 Grunge, hard rock, metal, punk, and anything else that was just plain rude, nasty, and loud was the product of his genius.

  • hadoken!

  • hey evryone

lets give some time to the band the desk engineer on this and

    other link wray records.

    link was great no question.

  • Pretty cool!

  • bUENIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISIMO!!!!!!!!!!!

Ignorantes dejemos de tocar nuestras guitarras.....

  • It would be interest I think to many to have a run down of personnel such as who was on organ for that particular track (if known). Also the recording date would be helpful. The chromatic progression as cadence came from somewhere and most likely not from Link's mind- Many jazzers were using the chromatic progression to return to the tonic.

  • I have the live version... it's fucking insane!

  • just awesome. is there a website where i can find streetfighter guitar tabs?

  • Wtf, I didn't hear a single hadouken or shoryuken in that whole song...

  • @Jewclops I agree 100% This guy iz a legend!!!!!!

  • wow amazing! what year was this recorded?

  • 1997 on Norton

  • This was recorded in the mid 60s, it was released on Norton as part of the "Missing Links" series but the recording itself is from the mid 60s.

  • Thank´s for the info. guitarded71

  • @RAGGMUNKoFLASK Like 35 years earlier. Wray was a genius. Page idolized him.

  • @Alphabex8 Good point. Link Wray is right up there with the Gods of guitar. Hendrix's referal to "surf music" in "Third Stone From the Sun" is a reference to Dick Dale not Link Wray.
