@SheepDog707 I've always thought about for a while, but it goes like this on this channel. If nobody likes the person in the video or dont agree with the message of the video, they vote it down (ex. Obama, Wars, Republican Candidates). If they like the person or the message they vote up (i.e. peace talks, end to wars, [and of course] Ron Paul.)
