For the people complaining about crowd, Trish had already appeared multiple times during the show so it's natural that their enthusiasm for her was down a bit. This is in Toronto, her home town, which is also 1 of the best wrestling cities anywhere so the place probably went nuts when she came out for the 1st time.

Also, Lawler really looked like an idiot when he said he didn't think Beth had been around when Trish was. Trish introduced Beth when she debuted during Trish's feud with Mickie.
