Just for those who missed ShamelessScotian's post. Muhammad Hassan is an Italian guy from Michigan named Mark Copani. The WWE toned down his portrayal (removed the vocal prayer) after complaints from Muslims. He went to Smackdown in 2005 where he taped a spot involving 5 masked terrorist types beating down the Undertaker. Just hours before that episode of Smackdown, the London bombings took place. UPN pushed to remove him from TV. That essentially ended his career.
