I had my honeymoon there in January of 1997. Incredible resort. I was very sad to hear it closed down as a resort but happy to see it reopened as an aviary
My wife and I stayed there in 1997 for our honeymoon. I checked back on the resort a couple of years ago and from the lack of available information I assume it's been closed. Did you stay there or was this just a tour?
Unfortunately this was just a tour from the cruise that we were on. Sadly the resort appeared to be closed and I really wish it was open as it looked extremely magical. 11 years of marriage is wonderful, I hope you have many more anniversaries to come. Ton of hugs Mel
How did you get here? We stayed at the hotel here, but it's been closed for a long time. It was a great place to stay, but a lot of steps to climb for breakfast! Fantastic aviary, though.
Was it Pipa or fresh? OH MAN!!!! I am so jealous.... Panama is on my mind now. Where is the Continental Airlines page.... What is your very favorite thing so far?
