@kendodd4life We saw him last year at the same venue,we know what to expect..lol We have booked a nights stay in Blackpool so only a short walk for us! Looking forward to seeing this great comedian again. Tickets are almost sold out for the 6th November 2011 show! Hope to see you there? :)

Thankyou so much for uploading this clip. Ken is the greatest comedian and entertainer that England has ever produced. I am honoured to have seen his show more times than I can remember. I have had the great pleasure of meeting him after wards on many occasions. I will never forget when he was in Panto in Halifax ( Puss in boots ) and after one performance when it was my birthday he and Anne invited us to his dressing room for a drink. We sat and chatted until 4am. A great, great man.

Thank you for posting....I love this song, we saw Ken in Halifax in May 2011.....he has always been a fantastic comedian, excellent singer and entertainer.....but I was truly amazed that in nearly his 85th year......he is still playing to sell out theatres up an down the country, truly one of our greatest entertainers ever!! We had an excellent night, laughed till my sides ached.....and like the rest of you, it was some time after midnight when we rolled out onto the street still singing....!!!

Maybe he was having a slightly off night because even he admitted he was losing the thread from time to time and wasn't as quick, but as I said that didn't spoil the enjoyment of seeing him on stage as he was loved and adored by the whole audience

Hi Kendodd4life - it was a complete sell out - from what we overheard it sold out on the first day - he started at 7 - he had a bit of a break about 9.30 when a singer came on, he then came back and we actually got a break at 10,30 - apart from one other supporting act - magician who was only for about 20 mins, he went through until 12.48am - and ended with a standing ovation. TBH he isnt as quick and snappy as he once was, but he is nearly 84 so we can forgive him that! He is just adored

but he is lasst of the greats and a just a lovly man to meet and he is still as loved as much as ever he is a true comedian

we went to see him in Lowestoft last night - as has been said before a true professional - no need for a warm up artist to get the audience going - he had us all in the palm of his hand from start to finish - thats a sign of a true performer. Not many if any, true professionals left now

Hi there love the video, myself, my boyfriend and two of our friends saw him last night at the anvil in basingstoke, he was FANTASTIC!!!!! we also saw him at the king's theatre in southsea last august.

@jungleclimber2 wll i have seen him 6 times met hime once and just booked got ront row seat to see him in october at blackpool this year this wil be my 2nd times as you can see i went to see him in march 2011 i go and see him once every year at the sands centre but fancied a change of theatre so going to black pool again like in march to the grand

Ken Dodd is and the greatest stand up comedian ever, when you see him life on stage you are looking at a man with talent beyond any other in the business. Never once in 56 years has he ever forgot the public, the people that have made him who he is.

When you think Ken is the last of the all time greats, he has outlasted them all. The best in the business.

he is last of the greats never fails to amaze me at the age 0f 83 and standing on that stage from 7.00 till half 1 in the morning with out any bad langue or rudenes just clean real family comedy he is last of the greats godbless you ken
