There is NO rule against helmet to helmet hits if you're hitting a runner (i.e. a QB out of the pocket or a receiver who has already made the catch). Furthermore, correct me if I am wrong, but none of these guys scored on any of these plays. No one on the ravens D is wishing ed reed would just wrap up the receiver next time...
