Goodwill's policy is to try and locate the owner of the money. If the owner can't be found, the money is turned over to Goodwill's scholarship fund to help folks get training they might not be able to afford. Donations are made to Goodwill to help fund our mission, therefore, employees are not allowed to keep anything so we do not lose the trust of the communities we serve. We are proud of this person and she received a special award and acknowledgement for her amazing integrity!
