I think she look fine eithier way..and there was a medical related reason for getting it. It's weird though, because I've seen previews for HSM3 and she looks like she's much older. I know she like 22, but in the first 2 movies she really looked 16/17. I'm not sure if it's the nose job, or the bangs, or something I'm missing. Oh well :)
