  • great stuff big man, in my opinion its better to learn planche pressups by progressing through easier versions without momentum. i think this because using momentum makes the top half of the pressup easier which is the part most important to train for perfect beautiful planche pressups, what do think?

    what kind of exercises helped u to get the planche?

  • oh damn, nice! u've rly improved quite a bit since i last watch one of ur videos. those slowed down muscle ups were just insane, that's something that not a lot of ppl could ever do. and the planche push ups were also really nice to see, that move is for sure not easy, although im sure u will improve them loads during this year ^^

    keep up the good work and we'll see how far u can go ;)
