moment #4 was the first episode i'd ever seen of scrubs, it alone made me watch the show. Probably seen it 3 or 4 times now and it gets me every single time, the only other scene in TV I can remember that does that is the end of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air episode where Will's father walks out on him again. Two of the most powerful moments in TV.

Jipin you said it. The first time I saw My Lunch it brought a tear to my eye. Every other time I see it it's still very moving, but nothing beats that first time experience.
