I WISH I LIVED OUT THEIR AND HAD A NICE HOME THEIR.
I pay $1500. for a tiny studio in the northeast U.S.A. about a
hour plus from N.Y.C. I am planning a move to N.Y.C. paying
$1000. more to end my 1 hour plus commute and extra taxes
monthly train cost , I will be saving money and time with a
$2500. N.Y.C, studio apartment. I wish I could retire but I
can't. I probley have to work till it die.

The floral microphone was a 'nice touch' but a little corny.
