  • This is what I call a classic and talented artists. One of my favorite Bee Gees. Thanks for sharing this awesome video.

  • I think this is real music.

  • i think this is better than the music vid cause the voices are pitched higher

  • I was 17 then;;;; THE 70s were the best music;

  • I am very proud to born in that great age, when I first heard this song was around 18. They are so wonderful and gave me a lot memory!

  • I went out and bought Bee Gees mythology. It's a 4 disc album, 21 songs on each by each Bee Gee(lead) + Andy, has a biography about them. Price $60. The next day at work I told a guy I worked with that I had purchased it and told him the price. He says, "Money Well Spent". Bee Gees and PRICELESS!!!

  • its so funny I was raised in this generation in the 70's..I was t young to see the film in 78..I grew up in Brooklyn near o the area where they filmed the movie back in 76-77..and it was great to know at that time that they filmed so close to where I was living..Great Music from that period

  • Disco-very

  • I could listen to this song so many times and not get tired of it!

  • I wasn't even alive when Saturday Night Fever came out. I was born in '83 but I still am a huge fan of the Bee Gees. A timeless group. Sad thing is, alot of the kids today will never appreciate such a prolific group. Talent of this calibre is lost on them. Truly sad indeed.

Awsome. I heard Saturday night fever late in 1980 when I was 5 and I've always admire them. I love Bee Gees. Thanx for this video.

Falsetto is a very complicated vocal technique, moresoever, if you listen tracks like "Run to me" you will find out the outstanding vocal Bee Gees' harmonies. I will admire them forever. They really can sing.

  • We sadly will never see the like of this band again, every album was a gem scattered with the most amazing tunes, I was lucky enough to see them live a few times. Of all the bands I have ever seen they were by far the best, the harmony, the songs were just stunning!

  • what live performance is this from

  • The Bee Gees have been around for over 50 years and have had so many hits all over the world............simply amazing. Love their ballads!! There will never be another group like this.

  • the Bee Gees & John Travolta.. ummm just like strawberries & whipped cream.. or romancing the stone... some things just go together well.. :)

  • I want my own UKULELE!

  • 70's disco was all about sexing the dance floor

  • QUE VIVAN LOS BEE GEES

  • hey, disco wasn't such a hell as all people say!

  • These concerts should have been remastered and reissued for the 50 th birthday...

  • I really like the rhy. guitar work by Joey Murcia and the bass by Hog Cowart! Excellent! Thanks for posting.

  • Hopefully to see this movie once again

Bee Gees the 70's should be revived

  • One of the best songs EVER made! ^^

  • ha. were singing this song in trobadors ( singing and dancing group)

  • FANTASTIC!!!

  • fantastic...in 1979 Bee gees were at their best...their best concerts ever!!!!!

  • this is the best song made by the bee gees

  • Night fever night feverrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • always and forever reminds me of an ex gf of mine who's name was marie.

we first met and started to go out in 79 and this song seemed to be played wherever we went. hell it was popular! that relationship only lasted a few months and marie died about 3 years ago of a blood clot on the brain.

but this reminds me of her every time i hear it.

    rip marie.

  • 5 hits in top 10!!! How astonishing was that!

  • @MichaelJimson Sadly enough it was overexposure!, they were so populair that they get banned from the radio by prof, DJ,s they had to retreat for a few years, in the mean time they wrote nr 1 hits for Streisand,Dionne Warwick,Diana Ross Dolly Parton etc, till the world was ready for them to come back again. You can,t destroy talent by banning them,it,s been proven that only their own death can stop them but not even then in total.BarryandRobin still write songs and Robin is still touring.respect

  • @MichaelJimson These guys are immortal annyway, their music has been covered from Elvis in 1970 till Destiny,s child and Boyzone and neither of them did not change a singletune in it, timeless music.

  • I love it when Maurice does that whoohoou at 2:51, 2:52, I know it was him, and then of course Barry doing his thing at 3:08.

thank you sooo much for this video! I wasn't able to find it for a while and had to hear that whoohoo at 2:51 again! Bee Gees forever!!!!!

  • is a very god video

  • Barry dueño del mejor falsete.

  • Saturday Night Fever is still the biggest selling soundtrack album of all time though in the USA The Bodyguard soundtrack has sold a fraction more.

Worldwide, Fever is still the 2nd biggest selling album ever after Thriller, having sold 40 million copies compared to the 55 million of Thriller"

  • No. Back in Black in #2.

  • try also to look at our MTV,"Tamse Remastered"

  • I agree that this is so awesome, but isn't Thriller by Michael JAckson, which is the most sold? :)

  • It might be referring to soundtrack, although it does say 'had' rather than 'has'

  • Thanks so much for making my heart dance by hearing this blast from my disco days in Washington DCin the 70s woohoo thanks Love

    MishQ

  • Awesome video. Thanks for uploading!

  • Even though I was on the "disco sucks" bandwagon back then, I have to admit that these were really great songs with a lot of talent and feeling behind them. Same with a lot of the stuff we stigmatized as "disco." Of course it really did start to suck when they started to put that mechanical "disco beat" behind everything.

I used to secretly listen to and enjoy this stuff when none of my peer pressure group was around... As it turns out, so did they! LOL!

  • haha that's funny...LOL

i'm 20 yrs old now but among my peers i'm the only one listening to retro and evergreen music..they call me "old chap" 4 that but i don't care...i just love the music!

  • my soul rejoices i feel alive i love these guys great musos/singer/songwriters
