i was fortunate enough to be at this show. one of the most outstanding performances I've seen of regina-- judging from her snl performance i was not sure what to expect. but spektor was a gem. perfect. spot on....i love her so, so much.

i went to this concert. she was the one that inspired me to play piano. so i was pretty siked when i got tickets. it was so amazing. she has the ability to quiet an entire theatre with her voice and piano playing. she has a great gift.

Thanks for the video and for hanging in there when things got tough. Hard to catch too many lyrics, but I got one great line: "The piano is not firewood yet/but the cold does get cold/so it soon might be yet." We are, indeed, living in tough times even as seen by someone who had to leave the land of her birth to come to a better life here. She is wonderful.

Regina and her surprise new songs. You never know when she's gonna do one. Everyone just hopes it happens at the concert they go to. This one sounds very beautiful. Hope we get a studio version some day. Her talent is unmatched in my book. She is out of this world! (I wonder if they like Regina as much on her home planet as we do here on Earth.) :)
