Try changing your breathing pattern and make sure your meals/diet work around your training so that the feeling of nausea can't be discredited as your stomach needing to evacuate. Pushing yourself hard can and will make you want to heave so if you feel really bad just sit/lay down for a few minutes and let your head clear.

Wtf why does everyone want nutrition videos? It's simple. Get a starting point with a calorie calculation. Alan Aragon, mifflin, Lyle McDonald they all fucking have one. Figure put ur macros. Usually .5-.8g fat per pound lean mass, 1-1.6g protein per pound lean mass and the rest carbs. Nutrition is fucking boring because it's so easy u lazy fucks just can't think for ur self. Matt dnt do nutrition videos bro.
