I respect cops but that guy is a jerk I'm sorry. What's "irresponsible" is having a hundred officers surround this building, waiting to haul a little french dude to jail when he turns himself in. Yes, i agree he shouldn't be arrested, but technically, he IS breaking the law and police officers around the world are just doing their jobs apprehending people who break laws.

He won't spend a long time in jail anyways, usually they release him after a day or two. It's just formality.
