Here in America, the news of these riots is rather scarce, and if it IS broadcast, it is 'thugs' causing destruction. There is no truth to the reporting (imagine that), but I feel this is being done intentionally because the American authorities are worried that we are going to follow suit. Yeshua never said, don't beat your slaves until death. Just because someone allows something (slavery) doesn't mean they support it. YHWH allowed writings of divorcement in Moses' time but he certainly does not support divorce.

@SimplyThinkDreams WOW, you don't even know what that means do you? Notice how it says you can tell a TREE by it's FRUITS? If the FRUIT is bad, that means the TREE is bad. Making up your own meanings of what it says shows that you aren't interested in what the bible REALLY says...so you aren't a REAL Christian either. Where are all of these "Real Christians"? I have never met one. I have met a ton of people like YOU who make up their own meanings to what the bible says though.

@changingmyself Did your teachers forget to teach you what a metaphor is in English class? The tree is symbolic of a person and the fruit their works. If you can't understand such a simple metaphor its no wonder you left the faith. If you really are changing yourself, you are moving in the wrong direction. I pray YHWH will call you back to him and remove the blinders the devil has put on you that you may see clearly enough to repent and return to the truth instead of wallowing in lies

@SimplyThinkDreams I was taught that at a Christian college by a Christian teacher, so again, you fail, miserably. The tree is the symbol of the whole, the fruit is the symbol of a part aka the offerings of the tree. Therefore, the TREE is the religion, the FRUIT are the people of that religion. The FRUIT is bad, therefore, the RELIGION is bad. I quit believing in your make believe sky daddy when I saw that the FRUIT is ROTTEN, and that is the TRUTH.

@changingmyself I think something very traumatic happened in your life involving some fake Christian that has caused you to turn from the faith. It also would explain your lack of logic and incoherent ideas. Why would Yeshua teach a metaphor that would discredit his own teachings? Also, if his teachings are so rotten as you suggest, then why would you use one of those teachings to demonstrate what you proclaim to be truth? It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

If you hadn't gone through that trauma, you wouldn't need to depend on something that there is no proof exists. I feel sorry for you, you do not know how to apply logic and reasoning. There is no more proof that Yeshua existed as there is Zeus or Hercules.

@changingmyself No nothing with Christians because I was on the boarder of being atheist, maybe you could call it agnostic. My life was a complete mess before YHWH called me and gave me his truth. I was completely unhappy and unfulfilled although I had wonderful grades and many worldly accomplishments recognized to be great honors. I learned what I know from Bible from reading it first hand without relying on some priest or pastor or any other third party source.

I may not be able to prove it to another, but then again I don't need someone else to verify what I have experienced. You cannot prove YHWH doesn't exist or that he didn't call me either, so I guess we are on even ground as far as proof. You also cannot prove that it is all just in my head. @changingmyself I bet you think you earn money today too but if you were to review the facts of that matter, you would find that you probably own nothing and that all the money you thought you ever earned was earned by a Trust created by the Social Security Administration when they offered to give you a card to hold until the time that they requested it back. @changingmyself Just because a person has use of something doesn't mean they own it. In fact, God owns the entire earth and everything in it. He merely gave us possession of the things in this earth. One can possess something without owning it. For instance, a piece of property held in Trust is owned by the beneficiary but the Trustee possess the property and may have use of it as outlined in the Trust's Indenture.
