well, she was then refering to relevence of opportuinty for women empowerment and mentioned that whenever opportunity given to women they excelled.

Pratibhtai no offense but want to tell you something. Sunita Williams was born in US(Euclid, Ohio state) to Indian parents. She spent all her life in US. Kalpana Chawla agreed she was born in India but she went on NASA missions. As the President of India, how do you give examples of ppl who have only Indian heritage from there parents?? What about Kiran Bedi, Karnam Malleshwari, Anjali Bhagwat, Sania Mirza?? Please comment on this?
