Wow looks terrific, will this work on "whiting fish", I know you said any "white fish" in the recipe but just making sure.. I guess I can make it tomorrow and find out LOL.
@fitcoach2007 Ok it didn't come out well, maybe it's just me but I didn't like whiting at all it was very hard and chewy and I didn't feel the meat had much flavor. This recipe is prob best with tilapia.
i watch all your vids when they come out but ive noticed that it looks like you use prepared garlic? any specific reason for this? and do you need to add more or less if using fresh? maybe i didnt buy good stuff... but the bottle of prepared garlic i got just didnt have the aromatic punch or taste normal garlic has
For simplicity and time sake I do use a bottled minced garlic that I get in the produce section of my grocery store. It has nothing else added, but garlic. If I have the time and creating a meal for company I will use the fresh garlic.
looks great! thanks for sharing Juan! blinkblinkblinkdd's comment is interesting about the O+ blood & butter..Would like to know where they read that at.. cause I'm o+.. Take care keep safe.
Nothing bad about butter. it is real and comes from cows. the real culprit in our, over weight society is Processed foods. I only use 1 tablespoon about 100 calories for a dish that serves 4 to 5.
I don't know about the O+ blood type.
As I always say, Keep things simple and eat Real Foods with proper portions size, and you will lose weight and be healthy.

@programedmind The marinate is being heated and reduced, you are cooking it so it is safe.

@razattack1337 hey at least you tried. That is what I love about cooking, make it your own, if it works fine, if it doesn't then try something else.
