@MrSmashface Industrial is based around a military/futuristic style of clothing but you don't have to dress that way. I've seen people you would label as "Hip Hoppers" or "Punks" dance to industrial and be good at it. Cyber goths are not clones, its all in the dancing and everyone has their own style.

@MrSmashface Well, when you are going into a certain style you are bound to look alike in some ways. If you are a "prep" aeropostal tees, american eagle pants, and old navy flip flops are bound to be in your closet. If you choose the "emo" style you will have skin tight jeans, colorful tees, fringe bangs, and lots of bracelets. But just because you dress similar to others does not mean you are exactly like them. He may dress like a 'typical cyber goth' but he is unique because he is him :)

Thanks for this tutorial, I was unable to find any when I first started so seeing that someone has created one to help the other beginners out there is awesome! Like you said, practice is pretty much everything as is waiting a few days when you get stuck. I've started dancing in random stores, at school, and (again like he said) train stations. Never saw synced ID (Industrial Dancers), as I also think its wicked that ID isnt in sync when in a group or two or more for that matter, if you know what I mean. :)

I just use old aerobics movement with my own style off the top of my head. One night I made everybody leave the dance floor because, well I maybe I was to overwhelming, but they like to watch, so when I step off, the crowd comes back on the floor. It's been while, don't when I'll do it again.

What you are talking about with practice in this video is that when you practice something for a large amount of time, you should stop to let it sink in. Your body will record what you have done in it's muscle memory. When you do that, you can learn faster that way. That is how you develop a callus, and or muscle memory skills. Thank you for the video. It was most helpful to affirm ideas that I had about this style of dance.
