this show had one of the most bizarre revamps in history- i remember when it got picked up for syndication- they got rid of the entire original family (the youngest son appeared briefly in the first syndicated episode to explain that they were all moving for some reason) and presto! The 80's was the last good decade of television. I was just a kid in the 80's but I enjoyed watching a variety of shows and cartoons. The 80's is my favorite decade. I am so glad I am old enough to remember the 80's and have great memories of that time. Amen.

Scott Baio was young and looked more like the oldest brother in the family (college student type). It would have been 100 x creepier if he was some old guy in his 50's and taking care of those kids
